After the successful completion of 12 days online yoga session ,JCI Patan Lady along with all the 16 organizing chapters had started a month of free yoga session with our inspiring and dedicated Guru Durgadev Subedi jyu. On July 18 Jci Patan Lady lead the session by having guest yoga instructor Yatra Sharma ( YRT Certified Trainer) and guest speaker:Mrs. Rita Satyal(Deputy Myaor, Lalitpur,Metropolitan)
