2. LOM Officers’ Training
Local Organizations whose objectives and activities are in accordance with the purposes of JCI
and the National Organization, and which are formally affiliated to the National Organization,
are the Local Organization members, or LOM. LOM officers are the driving force in executing
the plans and projects of the JCI MANOHARA therefore LOM officers’ training plays an
important role in helping LOM officers learn their duties and responsibilities.
The objectives of LOM officers’ Training are:
1. The fundamental objective of LOM officers’ Training is to help LOM officer such as
President of the Chapter, Executive Vice President of the chapter, Vice President of the
Chapter, General Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer, Joint Treasurer and members to
have a clear understanding on their respective rights and duties.
2. LOM Officers’ Training also helps the LOM officers to understand the sphere of their
powers and obligation while fulfilling their duties assigned.
3. LOM Officers’ Training helps in better understanding of organizational structure and
hierarchy of rights and obligations of the respective LOM officers.

LOM officers’ Training was held on Saturday, January 12th, 2019 at kwality Food Café,
Tinkune, Kathmandu under the chairmanship of President, Jc Rajani Thapa, JCI
MANOHARA. The program coordinator of the LOM Officers’ Training was Jc Bibek
Thapa. Similarly, the training was facilitated as a trainer by immediate past president of JCI
MANOHARA IPP JC  Sagar Bhatta. The number of participants on the pre-induction
training was twenty one (21). The training was concluded in the presence of the founder
president JC  Jagat Raj  Dhungana.
