JCI Pokhara is always concerned about encouraging members to build leadership quality and confidence. For this purpose, it has been organizing Friday Oratory since 1984. "Friday Oratory" is an event conducted on Friday which provides opportunities for its members to deliver speech mostly on the Presidential theme along with National or International Theme and also on other topics as found appropriate. On February 5, 2021, 4 participants Jc Sudip Sapkota, Jc Prabesh Adhikari, Jc Rajendra Ranabhat and Jc Narayan Prasad Bastola delivered their speech on JCI Pokhara President's theme "Youth Leadership-Translating Vision into Reality". Each orator was alloted 5 minutes of time.
Past president of JCI Pokhara and also the past president of Pokhara Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Mankaji Makaju, was invited as the chief guest and special guest Mr. Min Bahadur Gurung, MD of Hotel Task International, both delivered best wishes to all the orators. Orators were also commented by other jaycees members with positive feedback. Jc Surya Bahadur K.C, the Friday Oratory Coordinator, hosted the program while President Jc Er. Kiran K.C. chaired the session.
