Kirtipur Swimming championship was a competition held on 15th of July 2023 at Khasi Bazar, Kirtipur. This tournament was organized by Kirtipur Ward 3 in collaboration with JCI Kirtipur on the occasion of Gathemugal, a celebration of Newa Culture winning Good over Evil.
JCI Kirtipur had maximum participation in the tournament, Bibek Shrestha our international event coordinator, Samin Maharjan our general member and JC Binesh Dongol our president participated in this event where JC Bibek Shrestha won first runner-up trophy and Rs 15,000 cash prize.
All and all this event revived our old extinct culture and helped the community to educate people about culture and tradition.
