Parliamentary meeting procedure training and practices was organized by JCI Devchuli on 21 and 22 July 202 at Devchuli. The purpose of this event was to educate the counselors 2023 to effectively present themselves in the general assembly in Area and National Conferences.
Chief trainer was Kailash Khaki Shrestha and co-pilots were Sunil Timilsina and Shiva Bhusal. On the first day after opening, the trainers taught about the Parliamentary Meeting Procedure according to Robert Rule of order. And on the second day trainers gave a practicing session on real examples of agendas of previous Area conferences.
The training was very effective and our president who participated in this event learnt a lot.
