"JCI SURUNGA'S MASTER OF CEREMONY TRAINING WOWS ALL"

On the 19th of March 2024, JCI Surunga organized a master of ceremony training at the JCI Surunga Secretariat titled "Elevate your Emcee Skills," aimed at enhancing the capabilities of its Board of Directors (BOD) members and representatives from various organizations of Kanakai Municipality in mastering the art of emceeing. The event, co-hosted by JCI Satashidham, brought together a total of 56 participants, including 31 members from JCI Surunga, 10 members from JCI Satashidham, and attendees from other organizations.

The program was coordinated by JC Menuka Uprety, the Training Director of JCI Surunga, while the reigning president of JCI Surunga, JC Durga Prasad Pathak, chaired the event. The chief guest for the occasion was Mr. Roshan Subedi, the ward chairman of Kanakai Municipality Ward No. 4. Mr. Narayan Kadariya, an Educator, Public Speaker, and host of Cham Chammi mega dance competition season-4, served as the chief trainer for the event, imparting valuable insights and techniques related to master of ceremony roles.

The training session was structured to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the emcee role. Key aspects such as engaging the audience, managing events smoothly, and delivering impactful presentations were covered during the program. The event commenced with a welcome speech by JC Menuka Uprety, shedding light on the objectives and significance of the training.

The event was hosted by the Secretary-General of JCI Surunga, JC Rishav Singh Chahar. Notable segments of the event included the recitation of the JCI Creed by JC Nirmala Khadka. Past presidents JC Susma Neupane, JC Usha Yaduka Upreti, and JC Jabin Timsina also shared their insights and gave best wishes speeches, adding to the motivational atmosphere of the training.

The session, starting at 5 PM and lasting for nearly 3 hours, concluded with an official adjournment by JC Durga Prasad Pathak and a vote of thanks from JC Daruman Rai, the President of JCI Satashidham. The success of the event was reflected in the positive feedback and experiences shared by trainees like Ms. Muna Shah, Ms. Bhawana Sigdel, and JC Ramesh Ghimre, highlighting the practical relevance and effectiveness of the training.

Overall, the "Elevate your Emcee Skills" training proved to be a fruitful and enriching experience, fostering professional development and networking opportunities among participants from various organizations within Kanakai Municipality.
