Female Reproductive Free Health Camp in Banepa

Banepa, Kavrepalanchowk – On March 1st, 2024, JCI Kavre, in collaboration with JCI Kavre Lady and Banepa Junior Jaycees, successfully organized a Female Reproductive Free Health Camp at Banepa Health Care Center. The event, which started at 9:30 a.m. and lasted for approximately three and a half hours, aimed to provide essential healthcare services and education to women in the community.

The camp offered a variety of services, including reproductive health screenings, medical consultations, and educational information on reproductive health. The event saw the participation of over 45 individuals, including women from Banepa and surrounding areas, who were able to gain valuable insights into maintaining their reproductive well-being.

The Chief Guest for the event, Mr. Shiva Poudel, the Managing Director of Banepa Health Care, highlighted the importance of such health initiatives for women in rural communities, emphasizing the need for increased awareness and proactive health management.

Dr. Chunumili Maharjan, the Chief Specialist for the camp, conducted screenings and offered consultations, providing attendees with vital information and early detection services for reproductive health issues.
