Banepa, Kavrepalanchowk – June 27, 2024: JCI Kavre organized a successful Felicitation Program to honor the newly elected Board of Directors (BOD) of the Kavre Federation of Chamber of Commerce & Chamber of Industry (FNCCI-Kavre) at the Gautam Village Resort in Banepa-11. The event, which began at 8:30 a.m. and lasted for approximately two and a half hours, was aimed at strengthening the relationship between JCI Kavre and FNCCI-Kavre to promote future collaborations.
The program was graced by several prominent figures, with JCI Sen. Shanti Ratna Shakya, Mayor of Banepa Municipality, attending as the Chief Guest. Also present as Guests of Honor were JCI Sen. Bikash Manandher, IPNP-2024, JCI Nepal, and Sur Krishna Vaidhya, Vice President of FNCCI, Nepal.
The event kicked off with the traditional lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest and other dignitaries, symbolizing the auspicious start of the program. JC Sujal Manandher, Vice President of JCI Kavre, served as the event coordinator, while JC Pujan Maharjan, Training Coordinator, presented the JCI Creed, and JC Rashik Shakya, Vice President of JCI Kavre, presented the JCI Mission and Vision.
In his Welcome Speech, JC Nirjan Gautam, Executive Vice President of JCI Kavre, emphasized the importance of strengthening ties between the two organizations. The event also witnessed the distribution of Certificates of Appreciation to the newly elected and appointed BOD members of FNCCI-Kavre, presented by the Chief Guest and President of JCI Kavre, JC Rikesh Sainju.
A total of 44 participants attended the program, including the key leadership of JCI Kavre, such as President JC Rikesh Sainju, IPP JCI Sen. Sumit Manandher, and Secretary General JC Sworup Shakya, along with other members and past presidents. The program concluded with the official adjournment by JC Rikesh Sainju.
The event achieved its objective of fostering a deeper connection between JCI Kavre and FNCCI-Kavre, setting the stage for enhanced cooperation and future joint initiatives. The positive outcome of the program reflects the shared vision of both organizations to work together for the development of the local business community and beyond.
