On October 13, 2080 B.S., JCI Dhapasi held two important meetings at "Burger House and Crunchy Fried Chicken Corner" in Dhapasi. The first was a Joint Board Meeting with members from both the 2023 and 2024 Board of Directors. This meeting was led by Jc Suraj Adhikari, the 2023 president of Dhapasi Jaycees, and covered various topics.
Later that day, the First Board Meeting for the year 2024 took place, chaired by Jc Prabal Gautam, the 2024 president of JCI Dhapasi. One of the key decisions made was the strict adherence to the Yearly Action Plan for 2024, along with other important resolutions.
