JCI Kavre Hosts Multi-Chapter Pre-Induction and LOM Officers Training

Banepa, Kavrepalanchowk – February 19, 2024: JCI Kavre successfully organized the Multi-Chapter Pre-Induction and LOM Officers Training at the Gautam Village Resort in Banepa-11, Kavrepalanchowk. The event, held from 11:30 a.m. for over four hours, brought together seven Local Organizations (LOMs) from Area-C, with 57 participants in attendance.

The primary objective of the event was to educate members about the structure and operations of JCI, including the roles, responsibilities, and duties of various posts within the organization.

Key Figures at the Event
The event was graced by prominent leaders, including JCI Sen. Bikash Manandher, the National President of JCI Nepal for 2023, who served as the Chief Guest. JCI Nawaraj Upadhaya, the National Vice President for Area C, and JCI Rajaram Gautam, the National Executive Vice President for Area C, were the key trainers. The training sessions were meticulously coordinated by JC Pujan Maharjan, Training Coordinator of JCI Kavre, while the JCI Kavre Secretary General, JC Sworup Shakya, served as the event host.

Event Highlights
The event kicked off with a formal inauguration, featuring the lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest and other dignitaries. A warm welcome speech was delivered by JC Sijan Suddhakar, President of JCI Panauti, who represented all co-hosting chapters.

The event included presentations on the JCI Creed by JC Sabita Bajracharya, President of JCI Kavre Lady, and on the JCI Mission and Vision by JC Deepa Lama, President of JCI Naldum Nagarkot. Both presentations received enthusiastic applause for their clarity and motivational content.

The first training session was led by JC Nawaraj Upadhaya, followed by the second session from JC Rajaram Gautam. The training sessions were focused on imparting knowledge about JCI's organizational structure and responsibilities, and fostering leadership and collaboration among members.

Conclusion
The event concluded with the official adjournment led by JC Rikesh Sainju, President of JCI Kavre. The training proved to be a great success, enhancing the understanding of JCI’s mission and structure, and strengthening the bonds among different chapters.
