JCI Thankot organized “23rd Installation and Award Distribution Ceremony” on 13th of January 2023 (29th Poush 2079) Friday. The Venue was located at "White Durbar Party Palace, Satungal" and the ceremony was scheduled at 2:00 pm.
The chief guest of the program was Mayor of Chandragiri Municipality Mr. Ghanshyam Giri while the guest of honors were Chairman of Chandragiri Municipality Ward no. 11 Mr. Narendra Raj Shrestha, SSP Dr. Mahendra Raj Shrestha, JCI Nepal assigned Executive Vice President JC Kumar Singh Sanwa (Limbu), JCI Nepal assigned Vice President JC Raja Ram Gautam, President of Mother Chapter JCI Kathmandu 2023 JC Raphi Bhandari, Founder President of JCI Thankot JCI Sen. Nanda Das Amatya and PP 2018 of JCI Thankot/National Treasurer 2023 JC Mohan Lal Dangi. The Event was chaired by President 2022 JC Roshan Dani followed by President 2023 JC Alina Maharjan.
Masters of ceremony were PP2016 JC Peshal Khatiwada and SG 2023 JC Sawan Maharjan.
The ceremony hold a special honor program to three different special personalities, Dr. Subhas Ghimire Chairman of Om Samaj Dental Hospital, Mr. Deepak Maharjan, Asian Games Bronze medalist and Actress Regina Upreti.
The ceremony aimed to hand over presidential duty from JC Roshan Dani President 2022 to JC Alina Maharjan President 2023 similarly Jr. JC Salina Shrestha President 2022 to Jr. JC Rohini Gole President 2023.
JC Alina Maharjan nominated JC Sawan Maharjan for LOM SG 2023, JC Sujan Maharjan for LOM Treasurer, JC Rikesh Maharjan for LOM GLC, JC Biraj Shahi for LOM Training Coordinator, JC Bishal Shahi for LOM Theme Director and JC Mamata Shrestha for LOM Public Relation officer.
